Call center looking for customer service minded individuals to place calls to customers. Full-time positions available immediately and we will train you.
Desired traits and qualifications :
- Friendly and professional conversation skills
- Work well in a fun, fast paced environment
- Work well with others.
- Ability to graciously handle customer complaints and disputes
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Qualifications :
- 1 year of call center experience
- Experience working with outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high volume role.
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Must have the ability to dial 25-35 calls per hour.
- Effectively manage quality of every call.
- Spanish speaker is a must.
