A company is looking for a Translator specializing in Alaska Indigenous Languages.

Key Responsibilities

Provide written translations using a Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tool

Ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate translations while adhering to project instructions

Deliver completed translations by deadlines and perform quality checks for accuracy

Required Qualifications

Must reside in the United States, preferably Alaska

At least two years of professional experience in written translations in one or more specified languages

Bachelor's degree in translation or related field, or three years of relevant professional experience

High proficiency in English and a native speaker of the target language(s)

Experience using modern CAT tools and Adobe Acrobat for markup
