Responsibilities

• You will perform a variety of administrative, technical, and / or clerical duties to support the processes and functions of the Board of Nursing.
• You will process initial, renewal, and / or reinstatement applications for Board of Nursing licensure (via paper and online), utilizing applicable databases and software.
• You will review and evaluate documents and ensure all necessary requirements for licensure are completed.
• You will assemble, prepare, and scan documents to records system.
• You will assist with planning for renewal processes and with processing other types of applications.
• You will respond to customer inquiries received through walk-ins, telephone calls, e-mails, and other methods providing timely and accurate responses to requests related to Board of Nursing application and licensing processes.
• You will perform a variety of other administrative, technical, and / or clerical duties to support the processes and functions of the Board of Nursing.
