Position Overview :

• Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company / project needs.
• On-Site Requirement : This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work.
• Travel Requirements : This position may require frequent travel to various property sites WA, OR, CA or AZ.

Your Role : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Specialist Acquisitions Maintenance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties and assets as part of the acquisitions process to ensure they meet quality and maintenance standards. This position requires a strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance. Quality Control Specialist will work closely under the Facilities Maintenance Manager to identify, document, and address any issues that could impact the quality of the property.
