Your Role : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Specialist Acquisitions Maintenance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties and assets as part of the acquisitions process to ensure they meet quality and maintenance standards. This position requires a strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance. Quality Control Specialist will work closely under the Facilities Maintenance Manager to identify, document, and address any issues that could impact the quality of the property.
