Job Title : Warehouse Supervisor

Location : Must be commutable to New Castle, DE

Salary : $70,000 to $80,000 base salary + comprehensive additional benefits

Irving Knight are partnered with a leading manufacturer of consumer electrical goods seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee 30+ staff and support their expanding operations, reporting directly to their Warehouse Manager and Site Director

Responsibilities :

• Supervise team of 30+ staff
• Oversee a warehouse which is 200,000 sq. ft and a production facility which is 30,000 sq. ft
• Oversee and manage all warehouse functions including production, shipping, inventory management, and receiving
• Manage and maintain warehouse machinery and heavy equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records, implement inventory control measures, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment ensuring adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Set clear goals, monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed targets in order to drive operational excellence
