Compensation : $100,000 - $110,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.

Key Duties :

  • Working alongside a team of professionals to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Conducting detailed assessments and creating customized care plans.
  • Guiding and supporting clients and their families through their journeys.
  • Implementing innovative techniques in the mental health space.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work.
  • Licensed as an LCSW in New Jersey.
  • Strong skills in clinical evaluations and care planning.
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication abilities.
