With steady growth and a full project pipeline, the firm is looking to add a Sr. Project Manager heavily experienced in building Ultra High-End Luxury Residential. PM will lead projects from preconstruction through close-out. Responsible for budget, schedule, and contract administration; directs buyout and procurement; coordinates architects, designers, consultants, and high-end trade partners; and partners with the Superintendent to drive field execution, quality, safety, and logistics.

Seeking transparent executive mentality with 10 + years of project management experience specifically in bespoke homes ($10+Mil). Seeking a polished, intelligent, strong communicator who is diplomatic and discreet. Firm but fair management style who can turn conflicts into solutions through professional negotiations. Must be tech savvy (a wiz in MS Office), possess employment stability, and clean background.

Salary : $150K-$200K + bonus (dont let $ deter you!)
