What We're Looking For
We are in search of a Senior ERP NetSuite Administrator who is proactive and meticulous. You will take charge of configuring, maintaining, and governing our enterprise financial system—NetSuite. This pivotal role will help us stabilize, enhance, and scale NetSuite as our organization expands across multiple entities.
In this position, you will collaborate with Finance, IT, Security, and external vendors to optimize our NetSuite platform for accuracy, audit compliance, and superior performance. This high-impact role involves visibility with Finance leadership, Audit, and Program Management.
Your Responsibilities Include :
- Overseeing day-to-day NetSuite configurations such as custom fields, records, workflows, approval processes, user roles, and scripts.
- Streamlining processes and remediating legacy customizations to align with industry best practices.
- Maintaining governance of the sandbox environment, including configuration migration and release testing.
- Implementing approved enhancements and managing changes to minimize reliance on outdated scripts.
- Ensuring alignment of configurations with audit requirements and scalability for multi-entity operations.
- Managing sandbox refreshes and ensuring efficient migration of configurations.
- Coordinating with third-party vendors during upgrade cycles and escalated issues.
Issue Resolution & Support
Troubleshooting posting failures and integration errors across various modules.Collaborating with stakeholders to uncover root causes and implement permanent solutions.Providing Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Finance and Operations users.User Access & Role Management
Implementing and maintaining role-based access controls in partnership with HCM and IT Security.Auditing and optimizing user roles for compliance and functionality.Facilitating onboarding and offboarding workflows while adhering to audit traceability requirements.Reporting & Audit Readiness
Preparing system-generated reports for internal and external audits.Documenting configuration changes, workflows, and approval logic to maintain transparency.Ensuring compliance with SOX, GAAP, and internal ITGC standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Working alongside Finance, IT, Audit, and external vendors to execute the roadmap effectively.Engaging in project governance, discovery sessions, and user acceptance testing for enhancements.Aligning NetSuite configurations with integrated platforms.A Glimpse of Your Day
Monitoring and troubleshooting NetSuite system issues along with third-party integrations.Collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and RevOps teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.Managing user roles and permissions in cooperation with IT Security.Creating and maintaining dashboards, saved searches, and reports to support financial audits and forecasts.Investigating discrepancies in key financial transactions.Participating in cross-functional meetings to enhance system functionality.Documenting changes and process improvements to ensure clarity and compliance.Collaborating with vendors to execute system enhancements or troubleshooting efforts.Exploring automation opportunities to improve efficiency.Your Background Should Include :
A minimum of 7 years of experience administering NetSuite ERP in a high-growth or multi-entity environment.Strong familiarity with NetSuite modules such as GL, AR / AP, approvals, roles, and reporting.Experience with saved searches, SuiteFlow, and basic SuiteScript development.A solid understanding of financial audit processes and SOX compliance.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Bonus Points For :

Our total rewards strategy supports a competitive, high-growth environment. The estimated total cash compensation for this role ranges from $152,000 to $190,000 USD.
