Contract Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 25 / 2025 – End : 2 / 24 / 2026)

Shifts : 3x12-hour shifts per week (Day : 07 : 00–19 : 00 / Night : 19 : 00–07 : 00; rotating)

Hours per Week : 36

Scrub Color : Navy and white

Charting System : Epic EMR

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Floating : Required to other units

LPN Job Requirements

Active New York LPN license

At least 1 year of recent hospital experience (within the last 2 years)

Proficiency with Epic charting system

Ability to manage patient assignments independently with RN support

Willingness to float to other medical / surgical units

Must reside over 75 miles from the Rochester facility

Medical Surgical LPN Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in a medical / surgical hospital setting

Collaborate with registered nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR

Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and participate in care planning

Provide compassionate support to patients and families

Float to other hospital units as needed
