Description :
The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process.
This position works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
The Registered Nurse carries out functions according to hospital policy, mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.
This role directs, coordinates, and delegates activities to foster patient and family-centered care.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, and professional development.
Candidates can expect outreach within two hours via phone and text, with decisions typically made the same day or by the next business day.
Submission of a skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
Physical copies of certifications are only required if listed above.
