As our Operations Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our sales and installation operations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing and tracking sales orders from initiation to completion.
• Verifying order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently sourcing and purchasing specialty parts and hardware.
• Providing excellent phone support and managing inquiries.
• Scheduling and confirming customer appointments with precision.
• Securing customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
• Handling essential documentation, including obtaining, preparing, and scanning.

Pay : $20.00-$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
