About The Position

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, ARRT

Must-Have :

• 2 years experience as Invasive Cath Lab Tech
• Active BLS, ACLS, and ARRT

Description :

The candidate will work in a cardiac cath lab with 1 : 1 patient ratios.

The cath lab has 3 procedure labs for diagnostic and interventional patients.

Experience with Impella, aortic balloon pump, arterial lines, and cardiac cath scrub is required.

The candidate should have skills in laser lead extraction, Rotoblator, FFR, IVUS, IABP, and EKOS.

Additionally, experience with pacemakers, scrub and pan table procedures, and groin site management is necessary.

The unit utilizes EPIC charting, Alaris IV pumps, and Philips telemetry monitoring at bedside.

Procedural scrubs are provided.

Support on the unit includes a charge nurse, receptionist, and Hospitalist / Physician available after hours.

Patient types include diagnostic / interventional procedures for cardiac cath, STEMI, and NSTEMI cases.

The role involves working with devices such as Micra, AICDs, lead extractions / revisions, and generator changes.
