PRODUCT COORDINATOR

Twelve South is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Product Coordinator to join their team. This role will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and lifecycle of their tech accessory products.

You will support the planning, executing, and tracking of the essential steps required to concept, develop, and deliver Twelve South products to consumers.

This position will play a pivotal role in the product development process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative tech accessories to market.

You will have a direct impact on the ways to best execute each project on time and be heavily involved in helping Twelve South deliver exceptional products that meet the customer’s needs.

What You’ll Do :

  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product manager, designers, engineers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless communication and execution throughout the development cycle.
  • TimeLine Management : Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying key milestones and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of products to market.

Provide regular schedule updates to Product Team and Cross Functional when needed.

  • Daily Process Updates : Provide daily updates on Project progress, highlighting wins, challenges, and action items to keep the team informed and aligned.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate detailed documentation related to product specifications, testing procedure, regulatory compliance, and other relevant information.
  • Data Management : Keep all schedules, product information charts, and data updated as possible, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for all team members.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform product development decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.

The Must Haves :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product development, project management or a related role within the tech industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project etc.)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management principles preferred.
  • Experience working with overseas factories and managing international production processes is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to drive innovation in the tech accessory market.
