What would you do as a Mechanical Project Manager
As a Mechanical Project Manager at RQ Construction, you will work alongside our Self-Perform and Project teams with a common goal of completing a quality project. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing mechanical subcontractors, coordinating various project activities, and ensuring that all mechanical aspects of the project are carried out efficiently. You will be involved in managing project timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving any mechanical issues that may arise on site. Collaboration with the team will be key as you work towards successful project completion. Your attention to detail and mechanical expertise will play a crucial role in the overall success of your assigned construction projects.

To excel as a Mechanical Project Manager at RQ Construction, LLC, you must possess a strong background in project management, including the direction and coordination of mechanical construction activities. Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools is essential for effectively managing budgets, project specifications, and timelines. Additionally, a minimum of five years of experience in commercial and industrial project management is required to ensure you can hit the ground running and contribute to the success of our projects. Your ability to efficiently communicate with subcontractors, interpret project requirements, and make strategic decisions will be critical in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.
