Evaluating omni-channel interactions for compliance and quality standards, the full-time Early Career Quality Analyst will conduct daily reviews and audits while working remotely to enhance member and provider experiences. Key responsibilities Monitor and evaluate voice and non-voice interactions for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements Facilitate calibration sessions and engage with stakeholders to share insights and address unresolved matters Recommend process enhancements based on data-driven insights and ensure adherence to quality standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with two or more years in quality assurance or relevant subject matter expertise Experience with MMIS functional areas such as Customer Centers, Pharmacy, or Provider Relations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality assurance platforms like CXOne or Verint Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple areas Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change and continuous improvement
