Summary
Position Summary
The Operations Analyst for Oncology Services will report directly to the Operations Manager for Oncology Services. This position will have a wide range of duties but will primarily be focused on strategic project management/planning and data analytics. This role will provide operational support to all departments of the Gibbs Cancer Center. This position will also serve as a SME for decision support pertaining to the creation of new programs and revamping of outdated processes/policies to better patient care. The Operations Analyst for Oncology Services will be expected to have a working knowledge of MS excel and other programs used to gather, analyze, and report data. Further, this position requires the ability to interact with various levels of the Gibbs Cancer Center’s leadership team and cancer center physicians to effectively aid in project exploration and management. Finally, this position will be expected to work closely with other external departments such as finance, business intelligence, clinical outcomes, information technology, and strategic planning.
