Lead Product Manager

Owning the strategy and roadmap for Smart Room, the full-time Lead Product Manager will manage the integration of bedside technology and patient experience solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Smart Room offerings, ensuring alignment with EHR systems and enhancing patient experiences Lead product evaluations and strategic partnerships with hardware and virtual care providers, overseeing integration design and certification processes Define success metrics and engage with key accounts to drive product adoption and measure outcomes in healthcare settings Required qualifications 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare or hospital environments Proven experience in shipping products that integrate software, hardware, and third-party solutions Strong understanding of HL7v2, FHIR, and EHR integration processes Demonstrated ability to lead technology partnerships and make strategic prioritization decisions Excellent executive communication skills and capability to influence without direct authority
