All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program.

Cashier responsibilities:

· Process sales transactions, accept payment from guest, give correct change whether in the store or taking orders

outside in the drive-thru. Yes, you can work outside!

· Answer questions from guests.

· Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all front counter stations, including bagging, dessert making, expediting,

running orders, and taking orders.

· Stock restaurant inventory as needed.

· Work with bagging screens, iPads, registers, and various other machines.

· Keep the front counter neat, clean, and orderly.

· Keep up to date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate.

· Work safely around cashier equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Front Manager.

· Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on changes.

· Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Must be 16+ years of age. We welcome teens to apply.

· We hire ages 14 and 15 at Minimum Wage.

· Must be comfortable working with guests.

· Like a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
