The Route Service Sales Representative (4-Day Workweek) is responsible for managing & growing customer accounts in the Rental Division. SSRs drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the RSSR delivers & picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, & other rental items. RSSRs are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers while ensuring quality standards while pro-actively solving customer concerns. Some of the job responsibilities include growing our existing customer base by upselling/cross-selling additional products & services, negotiating service agreement renewals, & controlling inventory while working professionally, safely, & in compliance with driving/vehicle regulations.The RSSRs work 4 days per week, and no weekends!

Service Sales Representative Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Must have a High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• Have an active driver's license w/ clean driving record
• Must be willing/able to obtain a DOT medical certification
• Must have strong Customer Service Skills w/ a mindset for Sales Growth!
• Must be self-motivated & driven to work as a team to meet goals
• Must have a positive attitude, ambition, organization, & service spirit
• Must be able/willing to provide documentation regarding previous employment
• Must be able/willing to meet physical requirements including lifting over 50lbs regularly
