Job description
Supporting talent acquisition efforts across the U.S., Canada, and occasionally the Caribbean, the full-time Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging social platforms and data-driven strategies to attract diverse talent remotely. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for various positions, including blue-collar and professional roles Create tailored job advertisements for social media and specialized platforms to attract diverse talent Utilize data insights to inform recruitment strategies and collaborate with external partners for challenging searches Required qualifications Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including screening and interview coordination Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across recruiting and hiring teams Familiarity with recruiting practices in Canada Comfort in supporting urgent, short-term coverage needs
