• Mantener las condiciones y los suministros correctos (p. ej., estantes, piso de ventas, área de canje de botellas, armarios, estaciones de trabajo, etc.).
• Operar equipos/maquinarias cuando corresponda.
• Embolsar los productos o colocarlos en cajas, operar una caja registradora, recuperar carros, restituir a la trastienda y realizar otras tareas según sea necesario.
• Controlar el inventario de productos de limpieza y enviar solicitudes de compra al administrador de la tienda según sea necesario.
• Capacidad para representar una cultura de afecto y la búsqueda de la excelencia™ a través de las bases firmes de Big Y™ (Carácter, colaboración, desarrollo personal, acciones y resultados.)
• Debe proyectar una imagen de pulcritud y profesionalismo.
• Debe poder trabajar en equipo con una actitud positiva y conducta pragmática.
• Capacidad para operar siguiendo las políticas, los procedimientos y las normas de la compañía.
• Capacidad para trabajar horarios flexibles de acuerdo con las necesidades de la tienda.
• Atención a los detalles, precisión y seguimiento.
• Debe tener 18 años de edad para poder operar maquinaria.
• Debe dar su consentimiento para una prueba de detección de drogas y una investigación de antecedentes con anterioridad a la contratación para el empleo, y debe pasarlas.
