Sheet Metal Installer
Since 1996, RQC, LLC. has been a leading player in commercial and governmental Design-Build economy. We now have a national presence with current projects, spanning coast to coast, including North Carolina. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.
Pay Range: $18.44-40.00 ph
We are looking to hire several Sheet Metal Workers/Installers to join our self-perform team for ongoing work at Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base. All work is to be performed on the military base and is paid the required Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, specific to the Kings Bay military base.
Our Sheet Metal Workers/Installers will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of ductwork, air distribution, and HVAC equipment on an active construction site, ensuring that work is done in accordance with relevant codes. Work involves technical application of mechanical principles. This is all to be done using the appropriate equipment and implementing the required safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. Requirements for this position include:
Per contract stipulations, access to SUBASE Kings Bay is limited to United States citizens only. Other work statuses cannot be considered for employment at this specific location.
