The Role: Senior VDC Engineer (Aviation)

As a leader of a Long-term pivotal aviation project(s), your efforts will contribute to meaningful achievements in our region. Your expertise in guiding teams and influencing outcomes will be crucial in our collaborative environment. What You Bring:

- A solid background (5+ years) in the VDC industry, preferably with an emphasis on aviation projects.

- A talent for managing, leading, and inspiring teams.

- A robust work ethic, thriving in a structured yet innovative environment.

- Technical proficiency in Autodesk and other leading industry software.

- A passion for fostering strong relationships based on our core values.

Physical Demands:

Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office. Moving outdoors will be required on project sites. Frequently lift, move, carry, and operate equipment in excess of 50 lbs. Frequently operates a computer and other office/VDC equipment. Ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance to jobsites. Will require travel and co/location per project. Ability to work night shifts and/or Saturdays when needed per project requirements. Will be required to occasionally travel to our other office locations.
