  • Job Description : * *Dedicated truck driver - Dollar General* *Average pay : * $1,380-$1,690 weekly *Home time : * Weekly *Experience : * All CDL holders Overview * Hauling retail merchandise on liftgate trailers. * 100% hand unload freight at Dollar General stores using rolltainers. * Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs. * 3-5 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load. * Drive within the Midwest. Pay and bonus potential * Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. * Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider. * Weekly performance pay. * $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. * $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. * Paid orientation. * Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. * Annual bonus : Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
