Position Information Job Title Osprey Community Ambassador Department Student Affairs Position Number 966000 Requisition Number 064016 Position Type Student Assistant Full Time/Part Time Part-Time Time-limited through Hours 15 hours per week Hourly Rate $15.00 Job Summary/Responsibilities · Complete training including monthly workshop sessions· Attend orientation, Market Days, and other recruiting events, including social media presence· Represent OSLCE values in public social media posts and campus activities including housing· Adhere to UNF policies for student conduct· Attend scheduled OCA and OSLCE staff meetings and mentoring with OSLCE staff members· Engage other UNF students in leading service opportunitiesDepending on assignment, OCAs may also be assigned the following duties:· Managing databases and generating reports of community partners, student service-learning participants, etc.· Supporting faculty in CBTL courses· Training new OCA· Meeting with community partners· Training students to work with community partners· Leading reflections and/or supervising students at SL sites· Plans and executes service learning and civic engagement events with a team of students Required Qualifications -Minimum GPA 3.0
-Completed at least one service-learning experience or CBTL course (or strong service history) Preferred Qualifications
