Senior Instructional Designer

Designing and developing high-quality learning experiences, the full-time remote Senior Instructional Designer will create engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and assessments while collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance sales and go-to-market team performance. Key responsibilities Design and develop a variety of learning content, including eLearning modules and job aids Transform existing materials into dynamic learning experiences that drive behavior change Collaborate with the enablement team and subject matter experts to create actionable, field-ready learning assets Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning & development, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment Hands-on expertise in building courses using Articulate Rise and proficiency in the Articulate 360 suite Experience in concepting, scripting, and producing microvideos for learning purposes Familiarity with modern LMS platforms, with bonus points for experience with Thought Industries Strong writing and storytelling skills to convey technical content clearly and compellingly
