DescriptionLead and coordinate activities of shift and manage the flow of product within the logistics operational functionfollowing the Master Schedule and agreed service levels. Ensuring teams are motivated and productive and that communications between shifts are effective.
Essential Knowledge:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree in Logistics or Management preferred
Basic employment/regulatory/safety compliance awareness required
WMS and general logistics operational knowledge
Automated logistics technology knowledge preferred
Successful Experience:
1-3 years logistics experience
2-5 years leadership experience
Technical Skills:
Excellent communications skills
Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
Associate/interpersonal relationship building
Leadership skills
Good numerical and literacy skills
Handling multiple priorities effectively
High performance leader
Customer centric focus
