DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone to work in the Phoenix area during the afternoon's from 2-7 a few days a week along with Saturday. This person will need experience with memory care, mobility pivot transfers with a gait belt, assisting with physical therapy exercises, and lots of patience. This would be an ongoing position offering at a minimum of 24 hours per wk. This is an immediate start position.

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Provide personal care to clients as needed
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
