Experienced email marketers will find a part-time to full-time remote opportunity as an Email Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and optimizing email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to enhance engagement, conversion, and customer retention. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies and content calendars aligned with client objectives Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into effective Klaviyo email marketing campaigns Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Required qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience in managing email retention marketing programs for B2C eCommerce brands Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, including advanced features like predictive analytics and complex segmentation Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic coding principles for email design within Klaviyo Familiarity with CRM, CDPs, eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify), and Google Analytics Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and make data-driven recommendations
