Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Collective Training Branch Lead to support multiple locations.For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon contract award.
How Role will make an impact:
- Recognized technical expert in base labor category description.
- Functions as the highest-level individual contributor in at least one WfF.
- Utilizes expertise and experience in staff training best practices, industry requirements, and IT disciplines to develop technical and training solutions in support of Army MCT.
- Has a high level of diverse technical and industry experience related to a specific skill set.
- Typically has specialization in a particular technology or WfF. Remains current with doctrinal, operational, and tactical training methodology as well as technological developments and trends.
- Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at squad to corps echelons. Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that meets their training objectives.
- Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
- Serves in a mentorship or observer/trainer role when requested. Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit AARs.
- Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.
What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree, subject immaterial.
- Graduate of the Army CGSC or ILE or equivalent level military schooling.
- 10 years of related experience in instructional development.
- Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in technology-based training as well as the use and application of off-the-shelf tools and associated equipment and systems.
- A background of at least 10 years of experience with military training and training support.
- Working knowledge of operations and training requirements at BDE or higher level.
