About the Role:
As a senior consultant in the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice, you will collaborate closely with team members to support our clients in today’s rapidly evolving privacy landscape. In the privacy space, NYSTEC is considered a trusted program advisor, providing subject matter expertise and connecting the dots for our clients. Serving as a senior consultant, your day-to-day role as a NYSTEC consultant will include supporting the privacy program for the New York State Medicaid Program.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for data privacy and regulatory compliance and a deep knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act [HIPAA], as well as New York State and federal privacy laws and regulations. As a senior consultant, you will work both independently and with teams to develop solutions to complex problems.
