We are inviting you to apply for our Front Office Supervisor position . In this position, you’ll be responsible for assisting the front office management team while providing courteous and efficient service to all guests. You will be a resource for the many questions our quest may have and ensure customer satisfactions prior to arrival and through their stay. You’ll use our property management system to assign rooms, make keys, view and make notes in the guest’s folio and handle payments.
With this position, we do require a background of At least 2 to 3 years progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field, be proficient in Windows software, be able to convey information and ideas clearly, be able to work well in high pressure situations and maintain composure. Flexible long hours are sometimes required.
