• Responsable de las operaciones diarias de la tienda, incluida la programación, capacitación y supervisión de los empleados y el asistente del gerente.
• Responsable de las ganancias de la tienda y todos los gastos controlables, incluidos mano de obra, niveles de inventario, efectivo e inventario. Completa la documentación requerida por la empresa.
• Analiza resultados, tendencias operativas, elabora planes de acción para orientar áreas de oportunidad.
• Responsable del manejo de inventarios, compras, auditorías, cumplimiento de Regulaciones Estatales y Federales.
• Supervisa las compras y supervisa los procesos correspondientes con los distintos proveedores.
• Capacita y evalúa a los empleados en procesos comerciales nuevos y existentes.
