TheRoute Service Sales Representative (SSR) & Assistant Route Service Sales Representative (Asst. SSR) are responsible for managing & growing customer accounts in the Rental Division. SSRs & Asst. SSRs drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the RSSR & Asst. SSR delivers & picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, & other rental items. RSSRs & Asst. SSRs are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers while ensuring quality standards while pro-actively solving customer concerns. Some of the job responsibilities include growing our existing customer base by upselling/cross-selling additional products & services, negotiating service agreement renewals, & controlling inventory while working professionally, safely, & in compliance with driving/vehicle regulations.The RSSRs & Asst SSRs work 4 days per week, and no weekends!
