Hello! We are a small private dental office looking to hire a reliable, organized, and tech savvy front desk administrative assistant with a positive attitude to join our front desk team. Must be okay working in an office with 2 dogs present (one is a therapy dog).
Our practice is both a prosthodontics and general office - we specialize in complex restorative cases including full-mouth restorations, implants, digital dentures, and so much more. We also offer dental hygiene, general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, and aligner-based orthodontic services.
The right candidate will have extensive experience communicating with patients over the phone, using computers and excellent organization and communication skills. Clinical dental knowledge and experience scheduling is essential. Must be proficient at using a Microsoft Windows computer and navigating multiple internet browsers on dual screens. Must be proficient at using Excel and/or Google Sheets. The software we use is Dentrix Ascend (different than regular dentrix).
