Monitoring online students during final examinations, the full-time Operations Support Specialist will manage the Live Proctoring Queue, verify student identification, and address inquiries from Customer Support while ensuring compliance with proctoring rules and guidelines. Key responsibilities Identify and troubleshoot issues reported by Customer Support regarding student examinations Manage proctoring resources and update student profiles as needed Compile and report data on student complaints and trends related to proctoring Required qualifications 6 months to 1 year of preferred experience in a customer service role Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to tasks Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent analytical skills with the capability to meet productivity goals
