Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist II (outpatient phlebotomist), you would be responsible for timely collection and correct identification of specimens from patients for expeditious transport to appropriate laboratory section for testing. The position will also include call center duties, registration/billing/scanning functions, and specimen processing.
