Job Summary
SpecialtyCare is expanding our Marketing team and we are seeking a Business Marketing Manager to join our talented group of leading marketers in Brentwood, TN!In this role the Business Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day business marketing initiatives in direct support of the assigned Service Line along with developing the Service Line’s strategic framework. This includes aligning a tactical marketing plan and managing the execution of funded tactics, quarterbacking key initiatives across function groups and developing, tracking and communicating KPS while managing an allocated budget.
Education:
·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
Experience:
·Seven (7) years of marketing experience.
·Healthcare experience preferred.
·Experience developing strategy, executing tactics, and using analytics within a marketing department.
·Experience with message development aligned to positioning.
·Equivalent work experience & certification, acceptable
Knowledge and Skills:
·Tactical execution.
·Analytical mindset.
·Budget management.
·Demonstrated understanding of strategic marketing, business and financial principals.
·Good business acumen and proven business experience.
·Strong communication and organizational skills.
·Excellent writing and editing skills.
