Leading a centralized data team, the full-time remote Director of Data Analytics will own advanced analytics and insights, transforming customer behavior data into actionable business strategies while collaborating with various departments to enhance decision-making. Key responsibilities: Own and execute end-to-end analytics projects, providing strategic insights and measurable ROI Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data-informed decision-making into business operations Manage product analytics and experimentation, defining success metrics and analyzing results to drive decisions Required qualifications: Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience, with 8+ years in analytics and 3+ years in a leadership role Hands-on experience with statistical and machine learning techniques, and proficiency in SQL, Python, or R Experience managing a BI environment at scale, particularly with Looker and dbt Strong background in ecommerce marketing analytics, including multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling Product analytics experience on platforms like Amplitude, with a track record in supporting experiment analysis
