The University of Iowa Office of the Provost is seeking to hire a 100% University Registrar!
The University Registrar is a full-time leadership position charged with the oversight of the Office of the Registrar operations serving all campus populations including undergraduate, graduate and professional, faculty, staff, and alumni. The Office of the Registrar provides functional leadership for the campus student information system; maintains system requirements and advocates for enhancements for all student records systems and processes; and is a strategic partner with campus leadership to provide and maintain effective records and registration services that reflect industry best practices in records management and the effective use of technology. The department is responsible for registration, exam scheduling, grade processing, tuition and fees, residency, transcripts and verifications, degree audit, graduation services and diploma production, commencement, curriculum management, student veteran benefits, student athlete academic eligibility, student data warehouse, and institutional research and reporting. This position demonstrates commitment to providing high quality learning environments to our faculty and students in coordination, scheduling assignment, and management of the University Classroom inventory.Registrar services provide support for all student-centered departments in the Provost's responsibilities.
