Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will ensure alignment with business goals, manage budgets, and collaborate with various teams in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budget Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment Define KPIs to track program health and impact, reporting findings to leadership for informed decision-making Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a SaaS or technical environment Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana, and Agile/Scrum frameworks Strong analytical skills for defining and tracking KPIs and using data for prioritization Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.) is preferred
