Senior Mechanical Engineer

To tackle complex engineering challenges, the full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer will analyze mechanical performance, perform FEA analysis, and formulate testing protocols while ensuring compliance with international standards. Key responsibilities Analyze mechanical performance and survivability of electrical components under various conditions Perform FEA analysis and develop comprehensive testing protocols for mechanical and environmental testing Direct iterative design processes and provide recommendations for manufacturing changes to enhance quality and reduce costs Required qualifications Minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with 3 years of experience Significant experience with ANSYS Mechanical FEA simulation tools and SOLIDWORKS 3-D CAD Proven track record in evaluating complex data and selecting effective methods to achieve results Must be eligible for DoD security clearance
