Supporting the day-to-day operations of a global workforce, the remote Planner Operations Associate will manage communication channels, conduct audits, and maintain data hygiene to ensure seamless experiences for financial experts and their clients. Key responsibilities Own communication with global financial planners, ensuring timely responses and escalation of urgent issues Plan and distribute a regular newsletter with key updates and quarterly goals to financial experts Monitor scheduled calls for disruptions and resolve urgent issues to protect member experiences Required qualifications 2-4 years of operations, coordination, or support experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment Experience with database or record management tools (e.g., Airtable) and mass-email tools (e.g., Mailchimp) Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to catch discrepancies and errors Familiarity with scheduling software like Calendly Self-motivated with strong organization and prioritization skills, capable of managing a high volume of activity
