Owning Customer Success and Partnership Operations, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will manage process instrumentation and CRM hygiene in HubSpot, establish key metrics and reporting, and support GTM operations to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Oversee Customer Success Operations, including CX process instrumentation and CRM hygiene on HubSpot Document CX and Partnership processes, workflows, and ensure process adherence Define key metrics and conduct periodic reporting on renewal, retention, and upsells Required qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, preferably in Customer Success and/or Partnership Operations Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building workflows, properties, reports, and dashboards Working fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, GDR, and NDR Demonstrated experience in maintaining data hygiene and identifying process deviations Ability to learn new AI tools and technologies effectively
