Job description
Owning a portfolio of key accounts, the full-time Client Success Director will manage client relationships, analyze campaign performance, and develop tailored strategies while working remotely in a fast-growing performance marketing environment. Key responsibilities Manage client relationships by proactively communicating performance and optimizing campaigns Analyze campaign data to provide clear recommendations and insights during performance reviews Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure successful onboarding of new clients Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, either on the brand side or at an agency Direct ownership of $3M-$5M+ in digital marketing spend with accountability for business outcomes Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CVR Experience in senior client-facing roles, building relationships with budget-controlling stakeholders Technical fluency across DSPs and project management tools, with a self-directed and resourceful approach
