Driving significant growth for a premier platform, the remote Paid Media Specialist will take full ownership of paid acquisition strategies across various digital channels, managing campaigns and analyzing performance data to optimize user acquisition and achieve ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end build and management of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others Develop and implement advanced account structures to ensure scalability and efficiency in campaign management Execute daily optimizations across all active accounts to maintain or improve key performance metrics Required Qualifications 3 to 8+ years of hands-on paid media experience with full-funnel campaigns across paid search, social, and video Proven ownership of monthly ad spends ranging from $100K to $500K+, demonstrating measurable results Deep fluency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with experience on platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, or LinkedIn Comprehensive tracking and analytics expertise, including GTM and GA4 knowledge Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
