Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and analyses for Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams while working remotely within the US. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key business metrics Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue and operational data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to define data requirements and improve data quality standards Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, analytics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably supporting sales, marketing, or customer success Advanced proficiency in Tableau and exceptional SQL skills for data querying and validation Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and familiarity with go-to-market analyses Interest in AI-assisted analytics tools and experience within a SaaS B2B or B2G organization preferred
