Senior Program Analyst

Supporting program operations and process modernization, the full-time remote Senior Program Analyst will provide senior program and project management support, lead process improvement initiatives, and assist in the development of organizational strategies and performance metrics. Key responsibilities Provide back-up support for project management administration, including project meetings and action items Lead and advise on process improvement efforts while coordinating meetings, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Craft and deliver briefings and project plans to senior leadership to facilitate decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Minimum of 8+ years of experience in program management or cross-functional program analysis Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for decision-makers Working knowledge of program application software, including SharePoint Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting complex strategies and operational metrics
