Compliance Coordinator

Ensuring adherence to compliance standards, the full-time remote Compliance Coordinator will manage supplier records, conduct audits, and collaborate with internal teams to uphold contractual requirements and regulations. Key responsibilities Ensure supplier compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and the Davis Bacon Act Perform audits on supplier invoices and maintain compliance databases and schedules Monitor background and drug screening checks, verifying results against client and federal requirements Required qualifications College degree and/or 5+ years of auditing experience Strong understanding of the Service Contract Act (SCA) and the Davis Bacon Act Proven ability to manage change and deliver results in challenging environments Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software Ability to recognize and proactively flag areas of risk
