Supporting a study on respectful maternity care, the part-time Research Assistant will conduct interviews, transcribe and translate data, and perform qualitative analysis while working remotely for an estimated duration of 4-6 months. Key responsibilities Recruit and interact with study participants, verifying inclusion/exclusion criteria and tracking consent status Schedule and conduct video or phone interviews with subjects in Ukraine, accommodating time zone differences Transcribe, translate, and analyze interview data, contributing to the preparation of reports and publications Required qualifications Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages Undergraduate degree and/or experience in research preferred Experience conducting interviews and familiarity with qualitative research methods Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
